Our goal is to process and ship orders within 2-5 business days of receipt. If an item in your order isn’t stored in our warehouse, we will contact you immediately with estimated times.
Your shipping address can be modified on the "My Account" page. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, we ask that you contact Customer Service to request any modifications; please note, however, that once your order has shipped, Forever Young Wigs cannot change the shipping address and are not liable for any address corrections after an order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Carriers
Forever Young Wigs offers the following shipping options for U.S. domestic & international orders that consist of items in our warehouse:
Standard - Free Shipping
- International Standard - varies by region
- Expedited (2-Day) – please contact email@example.com
Overnight - rates vary by destination address, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- Standard packages ship via USPS First Mail only.
- Expedited, Overnight – most applicable service available.
- Delivery to PO Boxes are not available to ship and APO/FPO addresses are shipped and delivered via USPS.
Oversized or special delivery items may be subject to a Delivery Charge in addition to the above standard shipping rate.
Additional delivery charges and shipping upgrade charges may not be eligible for combined, reduced or free shipping offers.
We mostly ship by USPS First Mail service. Once your package is processed, you can track the package by the tracking number provided. However, for certain countries the tracking option may not be available once the package reaches your country. Each foreign country has the choice to scan the bar code on the package label or not. We are not responsible for undelivered package due to USPS First Mail service procedure.
If a package is undeliverable and returned to Forever Young Wigs, we are unable to re-ship it. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return and will incur our restocking fee of 20%.
